By replacing the standard polyamide clamping ring with a metal clamping ring and the ferrule they can be used with FCEN conduits. By using the FCEN connection set consisting of a special clamping ring and ferrule, a very high pull-out strength is achieved. The high quality finish of these nickel plated brass fittings protects them very well against corrosion and gives them a nicer appearance in comparison with the 2 piece fittings.
