By replacing the standard polyamide clamping ring and stamped metal ferrule with a metal clamping ring and machine turned ferrule (see connection sets below) they suitable to be used in combination with UIG and UI conduits. By using the UIG / UI connection sets, a very high pull-out strength is achieved. The high quality finish of these nickel plated brass fittings gives them a good protection against corrosion and a nice appearance.
