Looking back at SPS Italia 2026 in Parma

In May 2026, Anamet Europe exhibited at SPS Italia 2026. The event took place at Fiere di Parma in Parma, Italy.

SPS Italia brought together professionals from industrial automation, robotics and machine building. The event also focused on digital manufacturing and smart production.

Key themes included cyber security, AI agents, software-defined manufacturing, robotics and ESG in industrial environments.

For Anamet Europe, SPS Italia 2026 was a valuable opportunity to meet customers, partners and industry professionals. It also gave us the opportunity to discuss reliable mechanical protection for power, data and control cabling in modern industrial automation.

At our stand, we presented flexible conduitA conduit is a gateway in which electrical wires or other items can pass through. Leggi solutions for demanding industrial applications. This included Liquid-tight Flexible Metal Conduits (LFMC) and suitable fittings with UL/CSA-HD approval.

We also presented UL listed Liquid-tight Flexible Metal Conduits (LFMC) with a Stainless Steel AISI-316 inner core.

These solutions are suitable for applications where standard cable protection may not provide enough durability, flexibility or environmental resistance.

During the exhibition, our team discussed practical installation challenges. These included mechanical strain, movement, vibration, routing stress, ingress protection and reliable connections between conduit and equipment.
