Anamet Europe and biogas

Biogas, or methane, is comparable to natural gas and is mixed both upstream and downstream. That is why our stainless steel corrugated hoses are primarily designed for biogas in pressure classes of PN16 and PN40 with the diameters DN25 to DN100.

Biogas is a product that is created during the fermentation of manure. The enzymes in the manure ferment the grass, or the organic components, that haven’t yet been consumed. A big plus for this type of gas is that it can be re-used, instead of being released in to the air.

Did you know?

One cow can create an average of 2 m3/ or 2 cubic meters of methane gas per day. If we could reuse all that biogas, it would be a massive contribution to the sustainability of our planet.

To quickly respond to the wishes of engineers, Anamet offers a wide range of stainless-steel flexible hoses and bellows. Stainless steel is a very sustainable and fully circular material. The testing and certification of gas hoses is done at Anamet Europe according to:
