More liquid tight conduits to connect and protect a single unarmoured cable (single core or multicore) in a potentially explosive atmosphere. The use of stainless steel AISI-316 material ensures good resistance to corrosive chemicals. A special designed connection set enables the fitting to be used also with the Anaconda Multiflex range of uncovered conduits. Typical applications include motors, transformers, control equipment, Ex enclosures, terminal boxes, components etc., in the chemical and petrochemical, oil and gas, bulk handling, wood processing and food and pharma industries. Also available in a version for amoured cable type BAA-316 (see pages 7 – 32 till 7 – 33). In case a 45° or 90° solution is needed it is possible to use the IECEx-ATEX Anaconda adapter type BNC-316 / BAC-316 in combination with a 45° or 90° Anaconda stainless steel swivel fitting.
