We not only test our products individually, but also as a system. The products are assembled in such a way that it represents real life applications. Besides IP rating testing, the products must also undergo a shock and vibration test. A shock and vibration test is a simulation of real life, in which the products endure external mechanical forces. During the test the product is exposed to mechanical forces up to 14G, which is much more than in any real life situation. These tests will give the insurance that the system is still IPx7 protected, no ingress of water into the system, making it an absolute save and reliable system to use.<\/p>\n
The first test that has been finished are for products that can be used in the Rail and Infrastructure industry. The testing was according to Rail spec EN\/IEC 61373 Cat3 where the products were tested on strong mechanical movements and influences on the conduit. The conditions can also be found in many other applications and industries.<\/p>\n
