The Anaconda nickel plated brass adapter is designed for use with a sensor of the fixed wire connection type. The all metal design means it is suited for high temperature and other demanding applications – conditions where plastic adapters often fail. The Anaconda adapter accommodates a sensor at one end and an Anaconda Sealtite or Multiflex conduit at the other end, an assembly that ensures long term protection of the sensor cable. The sensor is installed into the female thread of the adapter and the conduit is installed at the other end with a locknut on the male thread of the adapter.
