Type CW features a galvanised steelGalvanised steel is a zinc coated metal that provides customers with better resistance to corrosive environments. More core and a thick, smooth PVC cover which is flame retardant and resistant to sunlight, heat, oils and chemicals. The conduitA conduit is a gateway in which electrical wires or other items can pass through. More is UL & CSA certified and has an integrated grounding copper wire (in sizes 1/2” to 1.1/4”) to protect cables from electromagnetic interference. Type CW can be used to protect cables on information technology equipment in data centres, air traffic-control centres as well as the apparatus-building industry and in underfloor and behind wall applications.
