Type HTUA is a robust conduit with a galvanised steel core and a thick, smooth PVC cover. An integral grounding copper wire (till 1.1\/4\u201d) provides a high level of EMI \/ EMP shielding for cables that require a high degree of electromagnetic protection. Type HTUA is UL approved , but also CSA HEAVY DUTY approved, making HTUA suitable for use in hazardous locations per NEC and CEC.
